I agree 100 % and encourage and challenge myself to connect and spend time with my children daily. The world has definitely got their attention. Thank you for reminding me that it is my responsibility as a parent to show them how families can connect when the tv is not on. And more importantly showing them how to deepen their relationship with The Lord without worldly interferences.

Not sure how big this group is but if we can all pray for our children every day God will protect them. Its really tough to be a parent now with internet , satellite tv and all the other interuptions that we have to contend with. I am trying to ensure that we have at least 1 hour of family time every night. Come on parents ...switch off the TV from 5 to 7 every night and spend that time with your kids. Think about how you want them to spend time with their own families when they grow up . We are their role models whether we like it or not and we have a responsibility to ensure we are the best we that God intended us to be. God bless you all today.
