This week I have been adding 5min a day of SP workouts. I started out at 10min

(2x) 10 min Swimsuit Bootcamp - Day 5 Workout

(1x) 5 min best butt workout with stability ball

(1x) 10-Minute Crunchless Core Workout

I share my daily challenge list on my teams through threads. Telling others and putting it in words helps make it real.

I have to keep myself motivated to keep moving. I use Leslie Sansone DVDs to lose the weight. She is a great motivator. Try looking her up.

Do at least 30 minutes of brisk Cardio today? Yes, walking (and dancing tonight at Jennifer Hudson concert)

Do any strength exercises today? No

Take your daily Vitamins today? Yes

Stay within your Calorie range/eat sensibly? Yes

Take at least 10 minutes of quiet time to reflect on yourself, or read your Bible or talk to our Father?
{this can be whatever you want so long as it's some quiet meditation time in either prayer, journaling, or whatever to help your spiritual self}

Hey Saved, I'm so happy to see that you jumped on the Bandwagon and started this challenge back up!!

I Need to get back on track, I haven't weighed in in quite some time and after all that eating I did on my cruise I need a good challenge so I'm starting again with September!!

Cardio today: 30 minutes walking

Water consumption: 6 glasses aprox. and 3 cups of Green Chai Tea

Veggies: emoticon (not good today)
Fruits: 1 large Banana

TODAY, I AM GOING TO REST. I HAD A GREAT CARDIO WORKOUT YESTERDAY. 35 MINS ON THE TREADMILL TO COMPLETE W1D3 OF THE C25K PROGRAM AND 20 MINS ON THE "E".

Do some type of Cardio for 30 min. at least 3 x weekly = 2 SO FAR FOR THIS WEEK. 4 LAST WEEK

Get your 5 + servings of Veggies/fruits Daily = DONE

Drink your 8 glasses of water Daily = DONE

After sending out a group email asking for some suggestions from All of you fellow Parent's as to what we can do to get this team moving!!!

Every week we will have a new exciting challenge to help us get our temples in order! This will include physical challenges as well as keeping in line with our Water intake, Portion Control, and making Healthy food choices.

Any suggestions will be greatly accepted and appreciated!
