I can sympathize with you, with our busy lives it's hard to fit everything in. I guess we all have to set our priorities and decide what is most important to us. I've just had 2 days with no exercise. Yesterday I was at an all day seminar and today had to do follow up work from the seminar and just didn't make time to get my walking in. All I can do is to do better tomorrow.
I myself find that I need to be motivated. I've been trying SparkPeople for over a month now and have only lost 2 pounds. My husband loves his big weekend breakfasts (sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc.), and it's so hard to resist when it all smells so good. Perhaps I should get the heck out of the house when he's cooking? (He refuses to change his eating habits.) But the hardest part is sticking to the exercise routine, especially after a long day at work.

(once you figure out your schedule, please come back to us and we can give you more suggestions. we've all been there and know how hard it can be to make this lifestyle change. it's difficult at first, it gets a tiny bit easier and then one day it just clicks. ::hugs::)

It's really hard sometimes to get and stay motivated. Eve's suggestion is right on, committ to a short amount of time and once you get started it is likely you will do more. Is it possible to do you exercise before going to work???
