hi i'm new to the group and wanted to say hello! i actually live in castro valley and work out primarily at Planet Fitness at southland mall. it's a great gym, not at all intimidating to attend. and cheap! it's like $10/month! only down side is, no workout classes like step or yoga. that's part of how they keep the costs down. and at home i do Shimmy from FitTV and i have a few 10 Minute Solutions dvds that i LOVE! glad to be here and wish you all the best of luck :)
Hi everyone, I also live on D St. near 7th Street. I exercise on my treadmill, hike on local trails and take my bike out to the bay trail. Right now I'm still coping with a pulled back muscle but I'm getting better slowly but surely.
Not able to really get together with anyone because I'm my mother's main care giver. I mainly do all my exercising in the early morning before she gets up. I have only been able to get her out the door for an occasional walk. The rest of the time she likes to watch her soaps. I do walk, but it's always close to home because of my mother. Enjoy reading what other members are doing.
Wow, I say it's time to wake up this group. I would love to be in an active group of people from hayward. I'm thinking about creating my own so that I can have control over it since this one has been forgotten about.

ok so i havent been on in a long time i can down with bronchitus very close to pneumonia i ended up goin to emergency but now im doin better a month later lol and need to get back on track.wish me luck
