What is everyone doing to keep warm? And any big plans to keep your health on track for the holiday's?
I have a feeling this years holiday's will be tough on me because I've had to go Gluten Free in August due to forming an intolerance quite quickly. Food is not really a happy thing for me anymore which is a blessing and curse. So the traditional Thanksgiving dinner is not an option for me anymore. I get to get creative this year. My family hasn't gone all GF with me which means at times I make 2 dinners but I've been slowly going full house GF and my Hubz told me last night that he's ready to make the switch because he's seen how much weight and how quickly it's come off of my by just going GF. I've lost 13 lbs since Aug and the only change I made was cutting Wheat and Gluten.
I finished my Half Marathon on October 14 in 3:43 which isn't wonderful but it's not bad either. I ran with my camera and stopped at every mile marker from mile 3-11...I missed mile 12 and mile 13 was the finish!! I had an amazing time and can't wait until next years!!! I have signed up for a different Half Marathon in May it's Called the Diva Run and it looks like sooooo much fun! I can't wait. So I'm going to continue to run and train at the gym to keep me warm!
I have thanksgiving week off if anyone want's to do a walk or short run. LMK!
