SOOO VERY TRUE!!! If the scale is an issue for you then DON'T weigh yourself. Pay attention to how you feel and what you can accomplish (example: walking two miles without feeling like you are going to die), do your pants fit better, etc. Dieting is not about cutting things out and forbidding yourself, that's why they fail. Include healthy foods, and most importantly eat proper portions. When I used this food plan before becomming pregnant and combined it with walking 1.5miles a day I lost 20 lbs in a month

The main key to getting "Unstuck" is to know why your doing what your doing and surrounding yourself with people who support you in your efforts. You sound like you have a solid plan and true determination which is very important. Stay focused and be Encouraged!

It's hard to work so hard and see the scale stay the same or go in the wrong direction but one of the things to remember and I swear I HATE it when people tell me this but it is so very true. Muscle weighs more than fat, and it's lean muscle that were working for. I was told by a personal trainer that I need to add 10 lbs of lean muscle to get my BMI down... Do you know how absurd it is to be overweight and be told I need to add 10 lbs?? The other thing to get unstuck is DON'T diet...diet's fail. You need to make a lifestyle change. Introduce healthy into your daily routine and your less apt to cheat. And find an exercise program that works for you and that you have fun with. If your movin your loosin....I LOVE zumba! You can find it online, they have dvd's, and even wii and xbox. And the thing I'm learning now is don't be afraid to try something your scared of. I just did my second RIPPED class at the gym today and I almost never even took the first one because I was too scared...and I've committed to taking a cycling class before I return back to work on Tuesday. It's going to be tough to mesh my work, life and gym together after having 3 weeks off but that's ok. I'll do it!
