I'm your new co-team captain for Corona & the region. I'd like to share briefly about why I'm here. I joined a Biggest Loser challenge at the gym a few years ago & dropped 50# in 3 months. I'm now the biggest loser in Corona. Just to share a little about why I needed to do that in the first place, I gained 10# a year...for 17 years in a row! While I started getting fit in 2006 by walking my kids to school a mile a day (with rest at the half-way mark!) Now I'm walking/jogging/running @ 8:00AM THIS SAT., 10/19/13, a 101 mile race for the 100 Mile Club in Corona. Its founder lives here locally & is celebrating their 20th year! i am looking for a workout partner, wondering if you are in the S corona area? Around Ontario and fullerton?? I belong to UFC Gym but on beautiful sunny evenings i rather workout outdoors. I'm a female looking to loose about 15 lbs..Hope to hear from you soon

I know what you mean about not talking a lot. I would like to participate more but with working full time and things going most evenings it's hard to find time to get on line to do it. I like the treadmill to and have one in my home. I was on it almost every day for the last 4 months but have been slacking off in December. I want to get back to it...just need to get up early enough. But it's nice to meet you Michelle. Good luck with your goals, I know you can do it! Cathy

I have noticed in all my time on Spark People that this team doesn't really talk alot. I live in South Corona and I would love to chat with those around me with the same goals. I think we should use this team to our advantage. We should help to motivate one another and challenge each other to keep up our weight losses!
So, HI, I am Michelle and I am trying to lose another 15 lbs (now), and I have 2 kids (boy and girl). What is your favorite exercise option? Mine is the treadmill currently but I am hoping to borrow my neighbors Elliptical for awhile. Do you have any great fast and easy recipes to share?
