Good idea for this thread - thanks for starting it! I've been so busy lately, I've had to put 'sparking' on the back burner but hope to get back more frequently in the future. I'm getting loads of exercise, mostly hiking, and have been watching my calories but not losing any weight lately - not gaining either so that's better than the alternative, haha!
