You CAN do it, JJ! Thanks for reading my blog. Try setting 3 small goals for the month of January, like drinking enough water every day, walking for fifteen minutes, eating an extra vegetable every day. Those 3 small goals will get you on the right track! You can add 3 more in February. This is a lifelong commitment so there is no sense in trying to rush to the finish line in a day or three. It just doesn't work that way. I'm hardheaded enough to have tried that for years and it didn't get me anywhere except bigger and more unhappy with myself.
One thing I do is read a positive quote every morning, that helps me to focus and start the day out in the direction I want it to go instead of wandering aimlessly until bedtime.
