Glad you are doing good this week, just started the process over again. I had lost 18 lbs last year only to put most of it back on this summer, so back to hopefully holding myself accountable again. Have lost 3lbs this week so that is a good start. If I can get back down to about 190 I will be happy well really I am happy most of the time anyway because it is just a number but my doctor and the diabetics in my body will be happy. Hope you have a great day and yes someone is reading your post.

Hi there! Love carrots, have been snacking on them a lot this week, with a bit of hummus. I did a long walk and a couple so shorter ones this week, so I am doing better!

Well not just you anymore I have been reading your pistol but did not want to mess up your mini diary. But you can do this lets start with 5 minutes walk and up off the couch. How about carrots do you like carrots?

Looks like it's still just me! I have had ups and downs the past few weeks, lost a few pounds of the eight I'd put on. Loving the weather! I need to get back on board, hard core, and cut out all the sweets, and also get my lazy butt off the couch and walk some. I've been very lax about that.

Went way off track. Climbing back on the wagon yet again!! I have gained eight pounds in the past two weeks, there I put it out there, now I've got to do something about it!

Having a hard time staying on track. Sweets are my downfall! I am doing so much better with Coke though, and I am happy about that. It's finally starting to cool down a bit, which is nice. Football weather!

Hello folks! Fall has officially arrived! We sure have not been an active team this summer, but maybe more people will drop in and say hello from time to time. If not, I guess I will use this thread as a mini-diary.

I've not done well this summer, lost about seven pounds, but gained five of them back quickly. I am determined to do better from here on out to finish off the year with a good loss. Shooting for 15-20 pounds before New Year's.
