Melatonin is a natural sleep aid. You could try that. Also getting yourself on a regular schedule, getting up at the same time and going to bed at the same time each night, will help. Make your room as dark as possible, with no TV or radio playing. The exception to that is that there has been some research to show that soft lullabies are helpful for adults just like for babies, so you could try listening to a CD of lullabies to help you relax. And the old wives' tale about warm milk is based in fact. Warm milk before bedtime will also help you get to sleep. There are a few things you could try. Hope that helps!
