The reason that has really motivated me for the past month and a bit is my recent PCOS diagnosis. I want to have kids and I need to lose the weight to 1) try to regulate my hormones, 2) to make the clomid more effective if it comes to that, and 3) to get and maintain a healthy pregnancy.

I don't know what it is today. Probably to feel healthier because today I feel like crap? But I think even if I was skinny and caught in yesterday's storm like I was, I'd still feel as crap.

I know that I have a plethora of reasons for wanting to lose weight. For waking up in the morning to work out; for turning down seconds; for choosing an apple over a Snickers.

Today? My reason for working out is that I want to be able to travel in an airplane without needing a seat belt extension!
