No heart issues that I am aware of! I have a huge history in my family an my daughter's BFF had CHD and has had a transplant back in 2009. Glad to hear you're living the good life and eating healthy. what was your biggest obstacle? how long after surgery were you back "up and running" so to say? how you had any road blocks...things that you cannot duue d/t the surgery?
Do you have a heart condition? I had a Qud Bypass in 2007, and survived and living a good life and alot of healthy eating!

how is everybody today? what is on the agenda for a heart healthy day? are we sticking to our goals? what are some of the goals we are setting?
My goals for the day are... 1. mountain bike 5 miles...I have a Gary Fisher screaming my name in the back yard! 2. drink the recommended 8 glasses of water PLUS some. 3. cook an ever so healthy supper of Lemmon Pepper Talapia, Brussel Sprouts, and Quinoa. 4. survive the night shift at work tonight.
