how is everybody today? what is on the agenda for a heart healthy day? are we sticking to our goals? what are some of the goals we are setting?
My goals for the day are...
1. mountain bike 5 miles...I have a Gary Fisher screaming my name in the back yard!
2. drink the recommended 8 glasses of water PLUS some.
3. cook an ever so healthy supper of Lemmon Pepper Talapia, Brussel Sprouts, and Quinoa.
4. survive the night shift at work tonight.
Simple but easy to achieve!!!
