with only a few weeks of 2013 left - my goal is to keep on keeping on. i don't drink diet sodas anymore. and for the most of times, i eat healthy. over eating is not an issue. lack of exercise is. my new job starts soon and i am hoping to get in gear and want to join a health club near my job.

my goals are: To log onto SP! (I tend to not log in when I don't do well or fall off the wagon.) Work out 3-4 days a week. Drink more water. Have at least one green smoothie a day (sometimes I forget this on the weekend) Get more sleep.
