My goals are to keep doing what I've been doing, continue learning more about proper nutrition & clean eating.
Good luck everyone on working on your goals throughout the new year!!!
My ticker has me "Over the moon!"
Pun intended ;)
with only a few weeks of 2013 left - my goal is to keep on keeping on. i don't drink diet sodas anymore. and for the most of times, i eat healthy. over eating is not an issue. lack of exercise is. my new job starts soon and i am hoping to get in gear and want to join a health club near my job.
My Goal for week one is to cut out diet sodas.
I have done very well so far. I have only had 6oz in 3 days....
I am going to set myself a new goal every week (little steps!!!!)
Life is GOOD!!!
my goals are:
To log onto SP! (I tend to not log in when I don't do well or fall off the wagon.)
Work out 3-4 days a week.
Drink more water.
Have at least one green smoothie a day (sometimes I forget this on the weekend)
Get more sleep.

the year is almost halfway over and it's a few days into summer but there is still plenty of time to make goals for the rest of the year.
