My Goal for week one is to cut out diet sodas. I have done very well so far. I have only had 6oz in 3 days....
I am going to set myself a new goal every week (little steps!!!!)

my goals are: To log onto SP! (I tend to not log in when I don't do well or fall off the wagon.) Work out 3-4 days a week. Drink more water. Have at least one green smoothie a day (sometimes I forget this on the weekend) Get more sleep.

the year is almost halfway over and it's a few days into summer but there is still plenty of time to make goals for the rest of the year.
