Good afternoon all! This will be a bit lengthy. I hate that I haven't been active in my spark teams, but starting today, I will be, even if its just one post a week. Today, I'm really buckling down on my getting healthy efforts. I want to lose 100 lbs, would love to get there in a year or a year and a half. I've walked 5 miles with Leslie Sansone this morning, and I feel great. Ate a healthy breakfast, snack, and lunch. Praying that each of you have a blessed Monday! :D
