had a great workout today. I found an interval program for a 15 minute fat-blasting tredmill work-out I had tried it back when I fist started at the gym and it was too intense for me. It has incline and speed increases throughout the program with no recovery until the final two minutes. Well, today I got through the entire 15 minutes and added 17 more minutes of running on top of that! I had my heart rate up at aound or above 160 most of the time...than I did a new free-weight lifting plan with barbells and dumbbells...it went very well. Oh and the best part of my day...I lost 4.2 pounds this past week which puts my just over 130 pounds lost and at 170.6!
