had a great workout today. I found an interval program for a 15 minute fat-blasting tredmill work-out I had tried it back when I fist started at the gym and it was too intense for me. It has incline and speed increases throughout the program with no recovery until the final two minutes. Well, today I got through the entire 15 minutes and added 17 more minutes of running on top of that! I had my heart rate up at aound or above 160 most of the time...than I did a new free-weight lifting plan with barbells and dumbbells...it went very well. Oh and the best part of my day...I lost 4.2 pounds this past week which puts my just over 130 pounds lost and at 170.6!

First thing this morning 7:30. Didn't skip anything and did 45 minutes on the tredmill. I'm trying out a new tredmill program for the first 15 minutes that incorporates inclines.

Yoga ballet is a mix of carido dancing with ballet as a little cool down and yoga also as a cool down:)

hey everyone, hope you all had a great day. I finished all of my workout, did my walking and cleaned my house top to bottom. Man, I am still so full of energy! I haven't had this much energy in years, I feel so awesome. Talk to you guys tomorrow, hope you all have a great night.

I did! I did a mix of the major swimming strokes plus some old extra things I learned from when I was on the swim team in high school. 45 minutes of work was great!

Yes, it was raining and I wore the wrong thing(a nylon track suit)that was causing me to be much to warm and sticky. I did 31 minutes(much below my norm)but I'm happy I didn't skip and blame it on the rain! emoticon

I am having a hard time fitting in exercise, as I only have an hour and a half between leaving work and leaving for the theatre. It is possible, I've done it, but just difficult!! Going to do my best to fit it in today - I'm feeling horribly guilty that I'm not working out - I know everything to do, because I've lost a bunch of weight before, and worked out 5-6 days a week, and have just had a very hard time getting back on track with that. emoticon
