You're welcome. I know so far it is making a lot of sense to me. If interested just go to either prevention.com or even rodale books and look for it. After 21 days you can be sent a bill to pay for it. It's something like $33 but it is split into 4 equal payments so it isn't that bad. It is definitely worth it. However, if you do not like it within the 21 days send it back and you will owe nothing.

I just got on a 21 day trial basis a great book from Prevention and Rodale Books. The name of the book is Skinny Chicks Don't Eat Salads. It is written by a nutritionist and it is mainly about obtaining weight loss through regulation of your blood sugar and how to do this as well as the food you may want to eat. It gives recipes as well as many other different ideas so that you don't have to go on a rabbit food diet and help to keep your metabolism running all the time for weight loss. I'm a quarter of the way through so far and love it. It is very funny and is also written in a point of view and way that you do not need a medical degree to understand it.
