Yes, there is a way to change your meal plan. You have two options.
(1) go to your nutrition tracker and under your water tracker, it says 'Don't show meal plans' OR 'show meal plans'. If you wish to just input all of your own food that you eat, click on 'don't show meal plans'. You will need to make up your own meals though.
(2) the second option is to go to 'change nutrition goals' above your water tracker. That will take you to some options (such as 'low sodium', 'vegetarian', etc.). However, I am not sure if it includes 'GERD' meal plans.
