I agree. I get frustrated with my dh when he can't read my mind - but I can't read his either, so it just works out so much better when we tell each other our needs!

What if we woke up tomorrow with only those things that we thanked God for today?

I guess I have noticed that through the years. i ma much happier when I tell my husband what I need rather than expecting him to just know.

I came across this article and found a lot of truth in it so wanted to share.

I am working on getting my husband involved in my weight loss journey to a healthy lifestyle. Even if it's just watching the baby while I exercise. But I am getting better about telling him I don't want to eat that because I've been doing very well about watching what I eat. It's surprising how supportive they become when we communicate!! emoticon

You only get one shot at this, no do overs, so live your life the way you want!
