I am working on getting my husband involved in my weight loss journey to a healthy lifestyle. Even if it's just watching the baby while I exercise. But I am getting better about telling him I don't want to eat that because I've been doing very well about watching what I eat. It's surprising how supportive they become when we communicate!!
