Have you gone through some of the motivational activities? There are several good ones - like making a collage of your goals that you can post.

The best way to start off each day is getting up and taking a good hot shower and put on fresh clean clothes. Get yourself a good healthy breakfast and see what happens from that. I love to do the Walk Aways the Pounds dvds in my home and they help me lose alot of weight. Good luck to you.

Have you see a doc to see if there might be something hormonal going on?
I have PCOS so I know how it can be to get the weight off, a blooming nightmare, working out for hours on end day after day and nothing, zip, zilch, nada .. going years doing it and still nothing to show for it.
Cals Burned for 6 years = 2,359,000
6 years Deficit Total = 1,729,800
Should have lost: 250 to 495 pounds
Actual loss = 139 lbs and 50 inches from core
Right now I am really struggling to sticking with anything. I have to lose weight!!! I am so upset with the way I look but that seems to be as far as it goes. I think sometimes I might be a little depressed because on my days off I would rather stay in bed or lounge around all day in my pj's than to get up and do anything!! I have pain in my joints in my hands and my feet often hurt. I am 50 lbs over weight and am disappointed with myself. I have to lose weight for myself but I also feel like I have let my husband down and maybe he is less attracted to me.
Please help me!!
