The best way to start off each day is getting up and taking a good hot shower and put on fresh clean clothes. Get yourself a good healthy breakfast and see what happens from that. I love to do the Walk Aways the Pounds dvds in my home and they help me lose alot of weight. Good luck to you.

Have you see a doc to see if there might be something hormonal going on?
I have PCOS so I know how it can be to get the weight off, a blooming nightmare, working out for hours on end day after day and nothing, zip, zilch, nada .. going years doing it and still nothing to show for it.
Right now I am really struggling to sticking with anything. I have to lose weight!!! I am so upset with the way I look but that seems to be as far as it goes. I think sometimes I might be a little depressed because on my days off I would rather stay in bed or lounge around all day in my pj's than to get up and do anything!! I have pain in my joints in my hands and my feet often hurt. I am 50 lbs over weight and am disappointed with myself. I have to lose weight for myself but I also feel like I have let my husband down and maybe he is less attracted to me. Please help me!!
