Although I am still watching what I eat, not as closely as I should, and logging my calories I want to improve on it. I am still working most mornings and trying for a second workout in the evenings. But, I could be working out harder and doing more strength workouts. The new year will have the old me getting a new start to the old program.
Boy have I fell off the band wagon and need to get back into the game once again. It is my goal after the first of the year to get back into my exercising and start my losing back up. What goals do you have?
