Yes, it may be better to buy the DVDs that you really like, but this is a great way to try different ones to see which ones you do like and also you don't have to do the same DVD everyday.

I have tried several different workout on ExerciseTV and have liked them for the workout I get and the variety. Last month they had a walk by Chris Freytag that i loved. Unfortunately, it isn't on there this month. The most recent I tried was Billy Blanks Jr's Cardioke. It is fun, but not that much of a workout for me. I am sure it would be better doing the whole thing instead of bits and pieces offered on ExerciseTV.

My cable company - Comcast - has an excerise tv section in the ondemand and some of Leslie's workouts are on there. I have tried them and I like them very much. They are great for a rainy or cold day when you can't get out and walk plus they offer arms too. Sparks has a Leslie Sansone team too called Walk Away the Pounds.

Thanks so much! Yesterday, I was in Barnes & Noble looking at her videos but just wasn't sure if they were doable for me. Now, I have a much better idea of what to expect! emoticon
