If you like walking, try the Walk Away the Pounds videos. They are pretty good. I really enjoy them (most of the time). Go the the library or if you have netflix, check out different DVDs from there. It is a great way to get a variety of DVDs without actually having to keep them if you don't like them. And it keeps your exercise routine varied.

I have a gazelle I got from my mom, my old Jane Fonda video workout, and a Tae-Bo (Billy Blanks) video as well. I have hand-held weights, stretchie-bands, and an exercise ball and do almost all my workouts at home.
I only venture out for workouts like walking, skiing, biking, playing with the kids.

i also do home dvd's i have jillian michaels 30 day shred which is kinda tough! you won't come out feeling food thats for sure. after a few times i can tell i've gotten a work out cuz im sore!! go to your local library and rent some dvd's and see how you like it! Also walking to mall is a good idea. i personally joined a gym so i go to the gym almost every nite!

I have Leslie Sansone DVD's that keep me motivated and some other DVD's for strength training and other cardio. PLUS I just started walking at our mall, one lap around is a mile! I'm really looking forward to walking there when the Christmas decorations come out. hope this helps. :)

Well now I'm stuck inside for the next few months and I need some excise ideas. With my work schedule it's too dark for my nightly 2 mile walk. I'll still get outside on the weekends but I was wondering what everyone else used to keep in shape this time of year. Do you work out at home or at a gym? What programs keep you moving?
