Go to your Sparkpage and click on the edit sparkpage at the top of the page and then go down the right side and find it.

thanks for the help I'll try it any little bit. I have trouble finding my "edit page" sometimes too. I'm a little challeged sometimes. LOL

Go to edit your spark page and scroll down on the right hand side to where you see the personal signature (I think that the name). It's the last box on the right hand side and you enter the information there and it will do like mine.

The basic formula for calorie cycling suggests that you eat on the high end of your calorie range on your high activity/exercise days and on the low end of the range on your rest days. There is a SP team devoted to this topic; the leader is quite knowledgeable. You can access that team from my page. Good luck!

how did you make your screen do double. the below part shows your goals and the top talks to us. I've been asking around but no takers yet. Good luck with Calorie cycling if you try it.

It's where you eat a different amount of calories each day of the week. Some days you may eat 1200 and some others 1500 and maybe one day of 1700. There is a team called Calorie cycling I would suggest you check out if this is something you might like to try. I couldn't make it work for me but others have done a great job with it.
