After dinner, my husband and I have different activities though... LOL! While I was doing my strengthening exercises, he was washing the dishes. LOL again! Anyway, after that, both of us did some cardio exercises to each his own way (but at the same time). I danced and he lift some weights. What a wonderful October beginning!

Sounds good so how many minutes should we start at? 30 min 3 times in the first week? The thing for me is though my husband always works until really late so it will be hard.

Sounds good to me!
Yay - got two minutes on the computer at work today.
Will stop in at the end of the week if I get a minute Friday afternoon.

But will keep track of my minutes of exercise as well as time spent with dh and the kids.

Why not combine both suggestions from Ballofil and Cathy? We do our exercise routines in increasing manner with our partner in life and other family members. How's that?

I think spending time with our family or just one on one with our spouses. It's easy to get caught up in our routines, especially with the holidays coming up.

Just remember..........one day at a time;-)

How about a challenge having to do with how many minutes we should exercise...maybe one week this many minutes as a goal and keep increasing it each week.
