Thanks! I saw a snippet of that video on her website and it looked interesting. I love the fact that it incoporates the strength training as well. I need it. Hopefully I'll be able to get a video soon.

I seem to be a bit late, however I love the WALK AWAY THE POUNDS videos. I have a few of them, but my favorites are the WATP for Abs. It comes with the belt (which has been mentioned). But I use weights with it as well.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions and comments! I was able to go to the official website and view some clips of her dvds, and they look really fun and motivating! I look forward to purchasing some of her dvds in the near future.

Thanks again!

I use WATP and love all of the ones I have, which is a lot. An idea for you to try them out, actually a few. If you are a member of Netflix, you could try them out through Netflix. I have done this many times when curious about a workout DVD. Also, if you have OnDemand which has ExerciseTV they usually have some of Leslie's workouts there. You could, also, check your library.

Here is a link to a short one on You Tube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGYOOP93wsM

I don't know if any of you have tried swapadvd.com but that is a great way to try out a Exercise DVD to see if you want to keep it or pass it on.
I use it for all the time. Just thought you might be interested.

Yes I did too. That is where I also bought my 4 mile dvd. It's hard to find 4 and 5 miles at walmart or target and found it there. Good luck!

Yeah for $20, I thought that was a great deal for 3 dvds in one set.

Thanks a lot for your comments and suggestions! I found the dvds at Barns and Noble and was very interested in getting them (there was a set of the 1, 2 and 3 mile dvds in one) but I held off because I wanted to ask around about them first.

Thanks again!

I use and like these DVDs. I purchased the most recent set from QVC (TV shopping) -- several DVDs included. There are one and two mile, three mile, and two four mile walks, etc. I like the most recent set best -- it is the most vigorous one so far. I did not have much weight to lose, and I walk regularly, but I think these DVDs are better than just normal outside walking -- more vigorous. They help me sweat -- a good thing, even the three mile walk. My daughter uses them, and she likes them very much. She uses them in conjunction with Sparkpeople, and she lost about 80 pounds in a year. You can also purchase them at places like Wal-Mart and Target.

YES! I love the walk away the pounds dvd! I have one that has 3 sessions on it, 1 mile, 2 miles, and 3 miles, you can put them together in any combination or just do one at a time. I went to Leslie Sansone's website and took a challenge she had I lost 3 inches and 3 lbs in ten days!!!!

I would suggest using dvds that interest you or you will not continue with them.

Good luck and God bless!!

Yes I use and love them. She has one with an ab belt that I like also I like the weight one also. I also have the resistance bands and one called Walk slim. The are well worth the money you put into buying them.

I've seen many people comment about using the Walk Away The Pounds dvds as a means to get in their exercise. I've never used this dvd before but I am interested in trying it out. I would love it if anyone who uses the WATP workouts could give me some insight on the dvds. Tell me what you like about them and how much success you've had with them--or if you know someone who uses the dvds and you've seen them have much success and get into shape with them. Would you recommend the dvds? Any particular ones?
