I go through these same phases and I no longer have a TOM!! I have no reason for this anymore, yet can't seem to stabilize the phasing in and out of munching and crunching!!
It is not immoral not to finish a meal, but it is of questionable morality to treat yourself like a waste-disposal system.
Turtle pace will win the diet race.

Yes! I go through phases where I just want to eat anything and everything in the house, and it does seem to be about the time I'd be PMSing. I don't really get the mood swings - just the desire to munch, munch, munch. Good luck, Jenikloss! You're definitely not alone in your struggle.

I definitely get cravings the week before my TOM! During that time all I want to do is eat and eat and eat some more. I try drinking lots of water and keeping things close by that are healthy to snack on and try to keep all the candies away! it's only for one week a month so I try not to be too hard on myself. I do try to stick to my workout schedule as much as possible during that time as well.
I KNOW GOD WON'T GIVE ME MORE THAN I CAN HANDLE..SOMETIMES I WISH HE WASN'T SO CONFIDENT IN ME!

Oh, my goodness, I have been eating horribly the last couple of days! I was just ready to read myself the riot act when I remembered that I am PMSing right now... I know about snacks, but does anyone just CRAVE so much around their time? I really need to beef up the exercise tonight!
