My final report for this challenge:

I think my SW was about 150, which means I didn't lose much weight. Inches are off however; although I don't know how many.

My main goal of this challenge was to get into some piece of clothing with a single digit size. I now have TWO items in a size 8. emoticon I have a lovely skirt with a lot of swing and a pair of dress slacks in an 8 PETITE!!!

Love using that word, even though it refers to my height, not my weight. I had my DD take my pic yesterday in the pants and I will post it soon to my page.

7.5 pounds in 3 months. Doesn't seem like a lot, but I'll take it. Pounds have been leaving really slow since the first of the year, so every one is a celebration for me. My body seems to be happy where it is, even though all the experts and charts say it shouldn't be. I am extremely pleased with my results since starting this journey. Hi guys - my final report for this challenge:
I am able to wear those new capris now and the skirt I bought. I will have dh take photos of me and will post them on my Sparkpage once I have a computer up and running at home.

I don't think I lost many pounds this month, but have lost inches since the start of summer (June 1). I was quite pleased to see that my waist and my hips and thighs had lost a tiny bit! I thought I'd totally plateaued, but I guess not.

I'll keep on going and hopefully will get my weight down just a little more to reach my final goals soon!

Tried the jeans on (thought the challenge was ending, but realised that I have a month to go). Progress report - the pockets sit right, the waist is still a little tight. Verdict: they could be worn in public - with the right top, but they can still fit better. One month to go. Today I'm wearing capris that I didn't fit last summer (we're about to start spring)

Meaning you didn't gain? That's a maintain, sweetie! Next best thing to a loss. Cuz the alternative is a gain!

Also, just think - when you are at goal, you'll be maintaining, right? Get in some practise now, so you'll know how to do it then!

Man team your doing great. I have not been posting much because I am not doing so good. I am retaining fluid and having IBS problems and have gained tremendously. I am up to 215 and getting very frustrated. I tried the OTC fluid meds and they do not work so I guess I will go back to the doctor for Lasix. Keep me in your prayers and thoughts team.

No it's not too late to join our challenge, Brandi. Good luck with your goal. 20 pounds seems a little high (it's only 9 weeks and at 2 pounds a week that will only get you a maximum of 18 pounds), but I'm sure you will get darn close, if not all the way there.

Oh, Cherly, I hear you about the fighting like cats and dogs. The squabbling between my children drives me absolutely crazy! I learnt early on that my absolutely worst thing about parenting was hearing them fighting and being horrible to each other. I first lost my temper with my daughter (almost 2 at the time) when she purposefully sat on her baby brother! That feeling of protectiveness towards the little one, feeling angry at the older one, at the same time feeling love for the older one was just sooooooo frustrating!

The absolute best feeling from parenting for me, though,is when they are sweet to each other.

Sure hope they are sweet to each other for you soon!

Sounds like your all doing great. I have not been though. I messed up my back also CJ and just today got back into cardio. I got my 3 mile walk tape done and hope to lose back down in a hurry. I have my Mom and Dad's anniversary party coming up the 3rd of August and need to lose the weight. I have to stay focused team. Stress from my children heads me down the wrong path every time. Right now they are in there fighting like cats and dogs and I just have to tune them out. Take care team and keep up the good work.

I am up for this challenge. I would like to set a goal of ANYTHING below 200 by Sept 30. My starting weight is 211.6. I was down to 210 lbs. but I have been kicking these few lbs around for a month now. It is NOW time to take action!!

You're welcome, Kathleen! For the longest time I couldn't figure out what it was showing but when I *did* realize I just knew I had to use it at some point.

I love the new ticker, by the way! Woo-hoo! Really shows how far you've come.

I am hoping to fit into formerly fitting clothes also MOUSEKITTY. I probably won't buy new ones yet, because I have a whole lot more to lose than just one size. When I get to my goal weight, then watch out! I'll get a new wardrobe!

I decided (on someone's advice) to change my ticker to reflect all the weight I've lost, instead of just what I have lost since joining SP. I started losing weight about 6 months before joining. I think seeing the whole picture of where I've been and where I'm headed will be motivating to me.

My goals for this challenge are modest. I can't afford to get new clothes right now, but there are several pairs of pants and shirts that I can't wear much now because they are too tight.

Basically, it would mean going from about an 18 or so down to a 16. I'm not entirely sure I'm a true 18 (because I by clothes so rarely, it's hard to tell), but just to be able to fit my "normal" clothes more comfortable again will be a blessing.

Ok I am late, but it wouldn't matter I have been stuck at 360 for almost 4 weeks now... ARGGGG!!! But in the spirit of things, I would like to lose 1 size by the end of Sep.

So lets go Team!!
