i found it.. yeah its under add strength training excercise. then u can select an excercise and click preview and it does a video demo... thanks so much!!! ~~~Flo

You may be able to go to either my tools and look it up under fitness or even healthy lifestyle and they I think may have the exercises which you can choose from.

Or even try going to your fitness tracker and go as if you are adding an exercise to your fitness regimen and then look for it that way under add an exercise.
