I've always heard the recommendation is losing 1 lb a week while nursing. Remember it took 9 months to put on the weight and it will take 9 months for you to lose the weight. I recommend just start walking and stretching daily but don't over do it. You don't want to do so much that you hurt your milk supply or that you strain your muscles from over use.
how many calories do you all intake to lose? I'm doing 1300-1700...usually the higher end and burn 500 a day with exersize....baby is happy, healthy, and thriving...definately enough milk supply...just feel like the scale isn't going down...can we do 2 lbs a week while nursing?
