yes I agree exactly. Also make sure to drink plenty of water after exercise, lack of water will really put a hit on your supply.

At four months I would not restrict calories too much but focus on healthier eating instead. There is a sticky thread with lots of good snack ideas that might help you.
I would focus on exercise-nothing major is needed either! Just 3-4 days of a brisk walk or moderate exercise will do the trick I bet. Be consistent and add some weights in if possible.
Better yet-WEAR your baby in a good baby carrier while walking and you'll see the pounds melt off!

Full-time homeschooling mom of 4 curious kids (ages 18, 15, 12, 7), 2 guinea pigs, 2 bearded dragons, and a spazzy dog!

I am four months PP, and still have about ten pounds of baby weight to lose. I've lost and gained the same four pounds or so since I was cleared to exercise at my 6 week check up. I think it is time to try a stricter diet plan - any suggestions on something that works with BFing? I want to lose the weight safely, and since my son is EBF, I don't want to affect my supply! Thanks!
