That seems pretty low. I'm 5'4" and 140 and that's the same range they gave me 1200-1550. Although I guess if you supply is good it must be working out. I'm only on my 4th day of tracking so it's a new experience for me.

OOps- just read the bottem about LLL recommending 1500. Seems a reasonable goal

I'm not sure I'm 5'9" and 211. Spark gave me 1200-1550. I added on 300 extra calories so my goal is 1500-1850.

I think as long as you are full I wouldn't worry about not reaching 1800.

LLL says to eat at least 1500 a day.

I have read we are supposed to eat 1800 calories a day.

I'm on my last paid month of WW and I don't plan to go back. emoticon


Anyways I noticed that when I enter my food on SP I am fine and sometimes below the 1800. If I track my food on Weight Watchers I go over my point allowance for the day by a couple of points.



I am 5'2.5 149lbs and I am breastfeeding my 13 month old and I plan to till he turns 2. How many calories should I be eating then??

I tried babyfit and the daily calories I was given was really high.
