I use to take Body Pump but would fall off the wagon when other disciplines became priority.
Now I just started back. For January, I take Body Pump on friday mornings and BodySculpt (not Less Mills) on wednesday midday. My work gym does BodySculpt with weighted bars and hand weights.
With 2x a week strength training sessions, how long before I can expect to see results?
Would I need to add a third session to see results?
My schedule is busy but I run 3x a week, swim 2x week and I spin 1-2x a week. I am always in training for a race so my running is always top priority. I am swimming for maintainenance as I have a triathlon in the summer and need to keep what little swim skills I have.
- lose 50lbs
-stay consistent in my workouts
-strengthen my recently broken ankle
-cosistent training after healing from a stress fracture in my foot
-completed a 10 miler, 10K and a half marathon
-sorry my year ended in Maym 2 weeks after my half marathon when I crash on my bike shattering my ankle. I had surgery and ortho put in 8 screws and a plate.
