Okay, I actually love Fiber One twigs, and I like to mix those in with some Oikos non fat yogurt.
Clif Mojo bars are a fave quickie
My absolute fave though is oatmeal with low fat peanut butter, flax, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia. It only takes like two mins in the microwave. Super easy and delicious. Sometimes I chop up a banana in it.

This one involves some cooking - 2 eggs in a custard cup - mix them up with salt/pepper - microwave for 1 minute or maybe 70 seconds (ours is an old microwave so...) Stir them - let them sit a minute - put on top of toast or whatever. This morning I put them over brown rice and leftover cooked broccoli. 1.5 minutes to fix - hardly anything to wash - high protein. Full for hours...
During the week I usually have 3/4 cup Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt and I put a cup of cut up frozen fruit into it, peaches, strawberries, pineapple, and mango. Or I have 1/2 cup grape nuts cereal (my favorite), and 1 cup of almond milk.
To boost the protein up on either of those, I either make 2 egg whites or 2 oz light string cheese.
Both are easy to put together the night before, yogurt and fruit goes into a tupperware bowl with a lid and for the cereal, I put the milk into the bowl with lid and dry cereal into a ziplock baggie. Easy to grab & go in the morning because I don't eat breakfast until I get to work.

Man sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
The result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

I like to eat either one of the two following breakfasts and they take no time at all:
1. 1 Cup Post Raisin Bran
1 Cup 2 percent Milk
2. 1 Whole Wheat Lite Thomas English Muffin with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 banana or 1 apple
Strawberry Frosted Mini Wheats and Greek Yogurt. I actually like them dry because I can get a few glasses of water in right away.
cottage cheese with chopped fruit or chopped up tomato
Cheerios usually or Quaker brown sugar oatmeal squares (yummy) now I am adding protein of a boiled egg

On the days I work my breakfast is a whole wheat english muffin. Sometimes I will spread some Laughing Cow cheese on it and this morning I will have a little light mayo and huge slices of tomato on top. When I'm really rushed I just use the zero calorie butter spray.

I hate cooking breakfast. I don't mind it on the weekends, but during the week....I would appreciate some breakfast samples that do not involve cooking or a blender.....what kind of cereal do you all enjoy?
