Well a lesson learned..no more Izod in my house. That company is a joke. I was passed all over and the last person says we don't do customer service on an individual level just the sales people. Take them back to the store you got them from and they should replace them and then contact us. But yeah it is only 20...and a lesson learned.

On the other hand, if it's a product I paid a LOT of money for (computer, phone, furniture) you can bet your ass I'll be all over that. ;)

Honestly, I'm more of a passive person, so I just deal with it. Yeah, I'd be out $20, but I just don't feel the hassle of getting the $20 back is worth the time and stress. Granted, I have a 2 year old, 3 year old (11 months apart), and a 7 month old, so I don't have the time and too much stress anyway. Good luck, Fighter!

if a product doesn't work right or malfunctions or new clothes rip within one or two wears...do you call company or just chalk it up as a wash? I recently bought my husband two pairs of izod pj pants...one pair has a hole in them after 2 wears. I am on hold with company right now because these damn pants are 20.00 a pair. I don't even like spending that on jeans. So we will see how this ends up.
