Def Skinnie without my to do list I would be stuck eternally in the wtf was I doing phase. I have just started making it more def since starting this binge free challenge. This is the hardest part of the year for me.

If a "to-do" list is considered a mini-goal, then yes! LOL If I don't write it down, I find it hard to get anything done!

So do we set mini daily goals? I do since starting a 21 day no binge eating challenge. It helps keep me focused and mindful of what I am eating and when. I am also happy to report I am typing this from my desk. I moved my computer out of the living room and away from in front of the TV. More time with family off of this thing and easier to do school work with a full table beside me.
