So do we set mini daily goals? I do since starting a 21 day no binge eating challenge. It helps keep me focused and mindful of what I am eating and when. I am also happy to report I am typing this from my desk. I moved my computer out of the living room and away from in front of the TV. More time with family off of this thing and easier to do school work with a full table beside me.
