My goals for the month of December:
Keep on Turbo'n...and not let my mom sabotage me when she comes for a visit next week. She is already asking me if I want to make her Fiddle Faddle stuff. It is a delicious Chex-mix snack that is LOADED with sugary sweet loveliness. I told her that we would have to completely re-do the recipe....I don't think it will taste good though. SO I will have to make sure that I DO NOT EAT THE TREATS!

I would really like to drop another 6 pounds this month (although more would be great too!).

Am I motivated to stick with my plan?? ABSOLUTELY. I want to stick with the program and finish it. I don't really ever "finish" anything.

So yesterday was a crazy day as was today so I am posting a two part question....

What are your goals for the month and do you have to motivation to hit them? My goals are to complete my 5k in under 30 minutes and hell yes I do!!!
