I joined Sparks in 2008 but after about 2 years I became very busy and one thing led to another and I stopped coming in. About 2 weeks or so I came back after loosing my weight I had lost from 195 back to 180 I've been at 180 like forever already. I did gain to 195 but went through a lot of stress for about 6-8 with family and etc and went back down to 180 but that's where it stops. Watching my food intake and all that. Time will tell if it will work. Good luck everyone.
