Here is a wonderful spell i learned in a class several years ago.
Start on full moon and do this all during the waning moon. Twice a day morning and evening. Light a pink or light red candle. Stand in front of a mirror. and chant these words for several minutes:
Clear as crystal,clear as air.
make my form be fine and fair.
Don't forget to visualize!
