Yeah. Everyone is different. The first three days I was really tired and headachy. Now, though, I seem to have lots of energy.
I initially lowered my cals to 1300, but I am feeling beter at 1450-1550, although my carbs are staying the same (if not even a little lower).
I have also found out that my BMR is about 300 less than Spark's estimate. This could explain ONE of the reasons why my calorie deficit of 300-400 cals per dayw wasn't working. But even when I had a 1000 calorie a day deficit it wasn't working. I have lost 3 pounds this week (I had gained 3 last week cause DH was here wining and dining me. he he) So, the real test will be next week. We'll see what happens.
I just finished reading Tom's other ebook, "Super Lean". There is some good info in there.
