My personal goal is to walk 7,000 steps a day and to increase that each month till I get to 10,000 a day!

Goal for February is to wear pedometer morning to night. Due to some issues will be happy with what every I can do - hopefully at least 2,000 per day. .(at least 56,000 for the month)

1st time back in 5yrs. My goal is to get up to 10,000 - 15,000 a day (after I find my pedometer). My main goal is to walk more than the day before until I am at 15,000 or more.
