Because of family responsibilities the last couple months, I have not been able to walk a lot, but I walked as much as I could. My personal goal will be low for January, but I should be able to do the full 10K every day in February. My personal goal is half the team goal: 155,000 steps.

Happy New Year! My goal for January is 232,500 steps. I am aiming for 7500 steps/day because 5000 was a stretch last month. I seem to be doing more with my Fitbit now, and I have a little more free time to move. I started off the month with a 5k, so I'm a little ahead of the average.
