I'm in. Loved the November challenge though it was an eye opener that on a regular workday I can get well under 5,000 steps if I'm not aware and just above 5,000 steps if I am aware.

November could have been better - I haven't been wearing a pedometer lately so just ordered a FitBit, hoping this will help me reach 10,000 steps a day or more every day in December!

We whizzed past our Team goal of 15 million steps in January, February, March, April, May, June and July, August, just scraped through in Sept and Oct, (Processing the figures for Nov at the moment?!) - so lets keep up those steps for December !
