Sorry to hear about the lack of motivation but these things happen at times. I am also getting back on track after a long bout of low motivation, I know you will be getting back soon also. Congrats on your new job. All the best for the week ahead.
Keri - sounds like you have a plan to progress now, so focus on your goal! You know what needs to be done and how best to do it. Congratulations on finding a job! They are far and few in between sessions now.
Well, the past 2 weeks, I have not had any motivation for anything. Not wanting to track food, or steps or exercise. So, I am hoping to get back on track. I start working (after being unemployed for 22 weeks) again on Monday. I am hoping since I will be on my feet moving around and such, that I will get my steps in and also start losing weight again. :-)
