Great results come from Journals - enjoy. Some people include the calories burned if it shows up on their pedometer. I use to track these and it gave me the incentive to watch what I eat because I knew how far I would have to walk to burn it off lol !!
I actually use a pedometer that downloads data onto my computer, it even tells me how many of my steps were aerobic steps (as opposed to just walking-around-during-the-day steps). I think it would also be fun to journal the details of what I see/hear/experience on my walks, but haven't done much of that to-date.
