New month so a new goal to keep those feet moving and not staying stationery. I hope to get at least 10,000 steps in a day and make it outside for more walks when possible with my work schedule.
If I can do 400,000 steps this month I will be THRILLED. Good thing is all my co-workers know I wear my pedometer and as I zoom around the store floor in my daily responsiblities I know I am inspiring them to move more too, especially since I am the "old lady" of the group. I work with a couple of teenagers, 20 somethings, and a few 30s so me at 45 and I still am practically running circles around them during my shift. They are always asking how many miles I am at during the day, which keeps me moving along too when I am getting tired.

We whizzed past our Team goal of 15 million steps in January, February, March, April, May, June and July, just scraped through in Aug, (Processing the figures for Sept at the moment?!) - so lets keep up those steps for October !

Keep up your momentum and record your daily steps so that you can receive some support and motivation during the month. If you want to add to the challenge, include some Jumping Jacks during your walks to increase heartrate!
