Just found this Challenge. My Goal is to walk 5,000 steps a day. With a long term goal of hitting 10,000. I use a Fitbit Ultra. Absolutely love it.

Okay, I've been absent from the team in reporting in with my daily steps, and frankly I miss you guys! I've got a lot happening right now and I think me checking in if not daily but every few days to report something positive might give me the boost in the pants I need to keep it up.

So my actual goal for September is to make it through the whole month putting in my stats and doing my best to keep my step counts up despite medical testing, work stresses, and a lot of fatigue.

We whizzed past our Team goal of 15 million steps in January, February, March, April, May, June and July (Processing the figures for Aug at the moment?!) - so lets keep up those steps for September !

Keep up your momentum and record your daily steps so that you can receive some support and motivation during the month. If you want to add to the challenge, include some Jumping Jacks during your walks to increase heartrate!
