I have a friend who has had two knee replacements and back surgery - she finds that doing water aerobics is wonderful! She feels NO pain in the water but feels stronger each time.
Keep those knees lubricated by moving as much as you can... I am looking forward to your blog when you make 10k!!

I've verily been walking 2000 steps a day, I have to go slow because I have had two total knee replacements.I do plan on keeping at this and I think I can do the whole 10k eventually.
