I am having that problem for a long time now,and every time I fix it, it comes back I am so fed up with it, I also get a virus through Spark people last week, my Hubby was very upset about, it give him a hard time to get it clean out, and he is a Computer tech.right now I am not getting email.

I went round and round with SparkPeople about my emails not getting thru and my account kept being flagged as 'don't send me email again' - they kept saying it was my ISP, although my ISP checked and said it wasn't them. At any rate, I finally just setup a Gmail account and entered that in my Sparkpeople account - problem solved except I didn't really want to have to use a different address. But - oh, well, I'm not having problems any more so if it works, don't fix it, right?

LADYJAKE, this is exactly what is going on right now with my account, and also MISSVIV's. We have contacted Coach Dean, but so far, nothing has been resolved. It's been about two weeks for me and I have to check daily...and daily my account says never email me again. Hopefully, not with you and others, they will do something about it.
And YES, it's very annoying!

Not recently but several times in the past. I found that if I went into the account settings on the start page and typed in my email address as if it was new (even though it wasn't) seemed to help this.
