My goal for March is to remain consistent with outside walks when its possible with my work schedule. To listen to my body and joints and NOT overtrain and learn to cross train and not push too hard.

Had the rotten weather and the illness - so now its gotta be pulling out all the stops to reach 10,000 daily with a total of 310,000 or more.
